Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes your account from our servers and clears your allergy, preference, and cook-history data from your device. You can also request deletion by contacting us through the form above, though in-app deletion is faster.
Try scanning in good lighting with items facing the camera. If it's still off, try our upload feature where you can upload multiple close-up images of your fridge for more accurate scans.
